EVALUATION

Please call The Scooby Shack with all information about your dog and we will set up a day and time for the evaluation

OWNER AGREEMENT

A New Owner Agreement form will be filled out when you drop off your pet

BEHAVIOR

All pets must be non-aggressive and not have any food or toy aggression

HEALTH

All pets must be in good health and all dogs must be spayed or neutered if they are older than 8 months of age.

VACCINATIONS

Rabies, DHLPP (Distempter/Parvo) and Bordetella. All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Puppies are an exception to not having all vaccinations updated. The Scooby Shack will call your Vet for all due dates and send email reminders to customers
